This policy explains how your vehicle history report is delivered after purchase.


Digital Product Delivery

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, your vehicle history report will be generated and delivered electronically.

Reports are delivered via:

📧 Email delivery to the address provided during checkout

In some cases, the report may also be available for direct download after purchase.


Delivery Time

Most reports are delivered within:

10 to 15 minutes

However, delivery time may vary depending on:

  • System processing time

  • Database response time

  • High traffic volume

  • Incorrect email entry

If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, please contact us.

Please ensure:

  • Your email address is entered correctly

  • Your VIN number is accurate

  • Your payment is successfully completed

Auto Drive Info is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

If delivery fails due to a technical error, we will:

  • Re-send your report
    OR

  • Provide support to access your report

No Physical Shipping

Auto Drive Info provides digital vehicle history reports only.

We do not ship:

  • Printed reports

  • Physical documents

  • Any physical products
